First Experiences Matter

Every child has a first experience.  When it is finding their first frog it can be one of the most interesting to watch a child's reaction.  This is my daughter who will be three in two weeks.  She found the frog while playing outside and wanted to hold it.  She held it for a minute and then started cracking up as it jumped out of her hands.  So her daddy picked it up but she didn't want to hold it again, he had to.  Just the look of curiosity on her face is priceless.  She was so interested and curious we talked about frogs for a while.
