Do NOT turn that page!

This was my favorite book as a child.  I made my mom read it to me every night, on many occasions multiple times.  She did the voices and I remember cracking up while she was reading it.  She bought it for me when I had my daughter and it is now becoming one of her favorites as well.

  1. How fun that you are getting to share you favorite book with your daughter. My middle child's favorite book was "Have you seen my cat?" by Eric Carle. I was doing a workshop not to long ago and we were talking about children's favorite books and the importance of reading and I said the good thing about that book is the can "read" it very early on because it only has about 8 to 10 words in the whole book they are just repeated over and over again. As a reader I was ready when she wanted to move on to another one, but she still at age 20 will talk about the book. She might even be able to recite the book too.
