I think this shows how full of life you are Melanie. Reading your blog is just so inspiring. I would think being in your program must be just amazing and fun. I think it is critical to have fun at work. I work in an office setting so I understand that it is important to be respectful of others, but without laughter it makes it very gloomy to go to work. I think laughter and noise shows the life of an organization. Looking at you makes me smile and want to laugh out loud.
